Hi World !!! Welcome to Make Money HQ. My Name Is Stefano and I am your host. I will skip the boring details but I will give you a brief background of myself, Where I have been and why you should follow my posts.

I started a transport company at age 25 and grew it to an annual turnover of $6 million. I finally sold the company in 2007. Why did I sell It ?

1. The Main reason was Work – Life Balance. Having Started a Family I needed a way of making exceptional income but work much less than the 70+ hours a week. I had put in over the past 10 years and I was burnt out. Sure I had achieved financial success – Multiple properties, Holiday home, BMW’s, Porsches, Benz etc…(That’s my Porsche at the end of this post) I was always stressed - I became one-dimensional and my health really suffered t0 the extend that my doctor’s warned me that I needed to make some drastic changes. I sold the company within 6 months – All the so-called friends disappeared when the cash flow dried up – ASK your self who is your wing man – Who has got your back – Don’t be fooled by the hangeroners – they are only there when you can line their pockets (even your siblings )

2. In the last 3 years of my Transport Business an ever increasing number of customers were coming from the web. The business landscape was changing. I created 5 web pages (in HTML) each in a specialist niche within the transport industry and started studying SEO techniques. All these five sites funneled leads to the same central call center which converted the sales. We were recieving over 100 enquires a day. IMagine if I increased the sites to 10 , 20 or even 100 !!! (Oh yeah you are starting to see the potential – Has the penny dropped) With an average invoice value of $1200 and a 25% closing ratio – you don’t have to be Einstien to figure out we were turning over some serious dough. My websites still rank on page one of Google for the main keywords – I optimized them 5 years ago. I realized that with my SEO techniques I can dominate almost any industry.

3. Apart from the stress of running a transport company – We had 80 trucks – I wanted to enter an industry which was not restricted by two things :

i) Geographical Boundaries

ii) Not labour intensive

3.i) What I realized was that if you run a traditional business you will be resricted by Geographical Boundaries. You get paid for your efforts. If you live in a city of 3 million people – your chances of creating wealth is really tough as opposed to a city of 30 million and it becomes easier with 300 million. You can offer services in any service based industry ONLY within the geographical constraints of your location.

3ii) Labor – The hardest thing to find is good labor. The old school is rapidly disappearing with Gen Y working 10 different jobs before they hit 24 years old. Labor intensive industries tend to have a huge add on costs such as wages , Super, Health insurance , Payroll Tax etc etc…. Unless you run a sweatshop – But that is unethical isn’t it ?

I HAD AN” AHA” MOMENT – THE LIGHT BULB LIT UP = I needed a product which could be sold or shipped worldwide, a product whose demand was so extraordinary that demand will be the same in every culture and country around the globe. What was this magical product ??? (don’t worry I am not trying to sell you anything here)

The past three years I have been analyzing, testing and perfecting various SEO techniques. Whilst always on the hunt for the ideal product – I have come to realize that you don’t need to be restricted to one product. Sell Ice to the Australians and fur coats to the Eskimos – (You Get MY drift) all from an E-commerce site/s – All 100% on autopilot !

One o MY Key Principles is :

“THE SECRET TO RICHES IS MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS !!!!!!”

I would rather earn $1 each from 1000 sources than $1000 from one Source !!

MULTIPLICATION is the Key – Multiply your efforts and your results will grow exponentially. For Example :

If you have 20 blog pages earning you$250 per month. What would it take for you to create 20 more to generate a further $250. Now what if you created 1000 blogs – you will earn (250×50) = $11250 per month less your costs say around $1250 (hosting, content management etc) = $10,000 will be profit per month.

Now Ask yourself Can you leave your current employment for $10,000 per month.??
